School General Usage(Summary)
This section provides an at-a-glance overview of computer utilization across the school, including key metrics such as School Name, Total Clients (computers), Country, Active Time (when the computer is on and someone is using it), Idle Time (when the computer is on and no one is using it), Gross Time (Active Time + Idle Time), and the Last Sync Date (The last date the school server sent the usage data to cloud).
School Daily Usage Average (Monthly Distribution)
This section offers a detailed breakdown of daily average computer usage, displayed monthly. It is calculated by dividing the total computer usage hours in a month by the number of synchronised computers for that month, and then dividing the result by 22—the assumed average number of school days per month.
Average Daily Usage per Synched Computer (Monthly)
This metric shows how many hours/min, on average, each synchronised computer (computer that sent data on a particular month) was used per day at a school during a given month. It is calculated by dividing the total computer usage hours in a month by the number of synchronised computers for that month, and then dividing the result by 22—the assumed average number of school days per month.
School Clients Distributions Monthly
This section monitors each computer in the school and indicate if it has sent data (by 1) for each month.
Overall School Usage (monthly)
This section present the active usage time in minutes for each school computers (with the unique hostname) for each respective month.
General Usage Graph
This section provides a graphical presentation of computer utilization including key metrics such as School Name, Active Time (when the computer is on and someone is using it).
Application Usage
Tracks how frequently software applications installed on school computers are used. It also includes the time spent on each application and site accessed.
Site Visited Records
This section logs educational websites and platforms accessed by students, offering a detailed view of the time spent on each site and highlighting frequently used platforms.
