General Usage Table

Average Daily Usage per Working Computer (Monthly)
This metric shows how many hours, on average, each functional computer was used per day at a school during a given month. It is calculated by dividing the total computer usage hours in a month by the number of working computers for that month, and then dividing the result by 22—the assumed average number of school days per month.
Average Daily Usage per Synched Computer (Monthly)
This metric shows how many hours, on average, each synchronised computer (computer that sent data on a particular month) was used per day at a school during a given month. It is calculated by dividing the total computer usage hours in a month by the number of synchronised computers for that month, and then dividing the result by 22—the assumed average number of school days per month.
Monthly Client Distribution
This provides a monthly overview of the number of computers from each school that successfully synchronised data with the cloud server. It reflects the total number of devices per school that were switched on and connected with the classroom server at least once during the month.
Monthly Usage Distribution (Active Time)
Offers a monthly breakdown of total active time computers have been used per school.
Application Usage
This section gives you information about the Daily Usage Average of a school within a given timeframe.

This section provides a graphical presentation of computer utilization including key metrics such as School Name, Total Clients (computers), Country, Active Time (when the computer is on and someone is using it) and the Last Sync Date (The last date the school server sent the usage data to the cloud server).
